Our risk assessment process ensures that all procedures comply with the Government’s Health & Safety guidelines at any given point in time. Such procedures are carefully designed to manage the service and delivery of food and beverages with the minimum of risk.
These include, but are not limited to, the following elements of our business operations:
- Reservations
- Access to the premises
- Ordering and service practices for on-site dining, takeaway and delivery
- Use of toilets
- Movement on and around the premises
- Hygiene and sanitisation protocols
- Staff interaction and health
