COVID-19 update: 28th June 2020

Whilst we are delighted to be reopening our business on Saturday 4th July 2020, we are acutely aware of the need to keep all customers, visitors and staff safe.

Following the government’s statement on the easing of restrictions from 4th July, we have carried out a detailed risk assessment process and implemented a range of new procedures. These are carefully designed to manage the service and delivery of food and beverages with the minimum of risk and have been formulated in close conjunction with government guidelines.

These include, but are not limited to the following elements of our business operations:

- Reservations

- Access to the premises

- Ordering and service practices

- Use of toilets

- Movement on and around the premises

- Hygiene and sanitisation protocols

- Staff interaction and health

We take this matter incredibly seriously and would respectfully request both your patience and support in complying with the measures we have put in place.

As you are probably aware we have been instructed by the government to record all customers’ contact details and to retain these for a period of 21 days. We already have these for many of our regular customers and request them as a matter of course for all reservations, but please note that we will not be able to serve you if we are not in possession of this information.

Thank You

The Tsaretta Spice Team
