For this month’s Spice Club we have teamed up with one of Yousuf’s close friends Muruganandam Palni who has over 23 years’ experience working as a chef in a diverse range of well-respected, high-end restaurants. His menu suggestions are inspired by his work which has taken him from India to Bermuda, Malaysia, America and most recently the UK where he is now the head chef in a leading UK restaurant.
